I currently live in Portland, Oregon...the best and only place 2 live in the USA. I was born in Oregon, but have lived up and down the West Coast...from Vancouver B.C. to San Diego. My travels have taken me from Canada to Japan to Thailand...and now Costa Rica! I am a practicing Yogi, video artist, conscious musician, photographer, poet, educator and activist. My new studio in PDX ((AS.ONE STUDIOS)) is a multimedia creative space for promotion and production of progressive & active arts.

My current connections and directions in life involve community, consciousness, and promotion of sustainable peace through art and music. In 2008 I will be releasing my first solo album of music recorded at Double Dutch Records in Portland. My message is of unity and progress through knowledge of Self and union with the ONE.

My time spent at VerdEnergia this February has been one of community, self-awareness, and connection with the Oneness of the Planet. Coming to Costa Rica has been a choice beyond my control, as the urgency of the world's situation drives myself and others at a superconscious level to promote and advocate a new way of life, commitment, and community. From my experience, it is clear that we are connected to everything and everyone around us. Our time to awaken to the beauty and power of ONE is NOW.

I fully embrace the shifts in the coming years and celebrate every moment of life by being present in this moment...with hope and inspiration from Central America, I find belief and trust in the Universal One... All we have is RIGHT NOW!
