Well there I was just minding my own business, living my life,
hanging out with my sweetheart Sam, having fun in the sun and then all of a sudden, out of nowhere, like a ton of bricks my life collided with the unique and wonderful Hughes family and would forever be changed into a exciting new direction of peace, love and living consciously and spiritually.

I had the pleasure of spending some time at the farm in early
2007 and I loved it, from the forest and the connection I felt to it to
the concept of living in harmony with our planet and I mustn't forget to mention the Ticos and how awesome they are.

Lately I have been focused on improving my health by learning
to eat better, exercise regularly and not miss my glyconutrients daily.

I look forward to my return and excited to learn even more Spanish. My thoughts are often on the finca (I see it everyday at work, since a picture of the farm is my desktop background) and when I'll be back down to share in the creation and to watch the dream unfold of a self-sustaining paradise in the rainforest. I am very proud and honored to be a part of such a wonderful adventure and I hope our efforts inspire and promote an awareness that others will follow to loving all things, living green, utilizing renewable resources and cultivating peace.
