Interns at VerdEnergia dive into the daily practices that bring regenerative living and community building to life. From growing and harvesting fresh ingredients to preparing farm-to-table meals, each day combines meaningful work with opportunities to deepen your skills and connect with others in a thriving reforested jungle environment. Interns work alongside our farm employees and enjoy sincere cross-cultural connection.

Through tasks like greenhouse management, plant propagation, food preservation, and sustainable infrastructure projects, interns gain practical, hands-on experience that bridges the gap between theory and application. These activities are ideal for those seeking to develop actionable skills in permaculture, agroecology, and community leadership.

VerdEnergia’s partnership with Blacksheep, our sister company, provides access to dynamic agroforestry projects focused on sustainable crops such as turmeric, ginger, cacao, and tropical hardwoods. This collaboration, alongside the mentorship of experienced staff, offers a unique chance to engage with regenerative agriculture and explore innovative solutions to environmental challenges.
